Home made Hummus
Ingredients:
1 Can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/2 Cup Chickpea Water (from can)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Tamari(100%soy sauce)
3 Garlic Cloves
3 tbsp Tahini (sesame butter)
Splash of Lemon Juice
little pepper as ur taste
Puree all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add
the Chickpea water slowly and as needed to make the hummus the right
consistency.
